Very professional company

I was extremely happy with Sarah’s communication which had great positivity. Michael and the other staff were very friendly also.

From the very first call with Michael, the service and level of care was exceptional. At every visit, and every telephone call the team at Rodgers & Browne went away and above the call of duty. Sarah kept us regularly updated and informed, and the entire process was transparent. I would absolutely recommend this highly professional team to anyone looking at the property market.

We appreciated Michael’s perseverance and ability to retrieve the situation when the first sale collapsed.

Would just like to say a massive thank you to Sarah for all her help the last few months, our landlords unfortunately had to sell the house we rented but Sarah was amazing given the situation. She kept in regular contact via text, phone and email, worked around my working from home schedule and kindly popped round when we moved out to collect the keys and give her opinion on whether the house was ready for handover. Sarah also kindly offered advice as we are in process of getting a mortgage through a different estate agents for our first home, this was a lovely personal touch as she naturally didn’t have to do this and just said to pop her a text if we had any questions or were stuck with any part of the process. Incredibly professional and a massive credit to the business.

This is a most professional agency. They must be congratulated as they go the extra mile for their clients. Connor in particular needs a special mention. When I ran into difficulties with my sale Connor took control and organised an architect, structural engineer and builder. He also kept my buyer on side . Rodgers & Browne was recommended to me. I’d approached a number of estate agents operating in the area and had concerns about their offer: I also thought some of them were somewhat sloppy. I dealt mostly with Michael and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable about the housing market and personable - that’s what you want from someone who is selling your house. I was impressed with the production of the sales brochure, particularly the speed of its production and accuracy. I liked the content and structure: I like facts, not waffle. I was also pleased with the regular communication by phone, email and text in relation to viewing, feedback, bids and reaching a successful conclusion. Overall I thought you delivered a first rate service.
