As a Seller through Rodgers and Browne, we will collect personal contact details including email and phone numbers, as well as details about house visits in order to manage the sale of your property. These details will be stored on Edge (CRM). We may also share these details with your own solicitors and the purchaser's solicitors as part of conducting a sale. We may also forward contact details to arrange photography, â€˜for sale' signage, Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) or such other collateral as is required in the marketing of your home.
As a Purchaser
As a Purchaser through Rodgers and Browne, we will collect personal contact details, including email and phone numbers in order to manage the purchase of your new property. Some of these details may be shared with a seller, in order to organise viewings or as part of the house purchase process. This may include your name and current purchasing circumstances (new buy, chain etc). We may also share these details with the seller's solicitors and your own legal representatives as part of conducting a sale.
As a Landlord
As a Landlord through Rodgers and Browne, we will collect personal contact details including email and phone numbers, as well as details about house visits to manage the letting of your property. These details will be stored Edge (CRM). We may also share these details with third-party suppliers of services.
As a Tenant
As a Tenant through Rodgers and Browne, we will collect personal contact details, including email and phone numbers to manage the purchase of your new property. Some of these details may be shared with a potential Landlord, in order to organise viewings or as part of the letting process. This may include your name and current circumstances.
3. RETENTION AND DELETION
We will not retain data longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by applicable laws or regulations.
