Valuations For Probate Rodgers & Browne
A Probate Valuation will often be required to demonstrate any or no tax liability to HMRC when the affairs of that person are being finalised - often by the family solicitor. We will liaise with them to ensure the families interests are properly represented and provide a robust valuation should it be contested by HMRC when making their tax assessment.
We will also organise the clearance of the property and attempt to maximise the value of those items at auction should you wish to sell them. Once probate has been granted, we will market the property for sale and keep all members of the family advised regarding the progress of the sale until completion.
Naturally, we will be sympathetic always to the circumstances surrounding the sale. Should any repairs or maintenance be required during that process we will organise that too - including garden maintenance.
