Michael started in estate agency in 1976 with Brian Morton & Company - at a time when the sale of a house in Malone Park for £100,000 made real headlines.

Then, there was a defined training program where knowledge and experience in all estate agency disciplines was expected - from ground rent management to residential sales and commercial management to residential lettings.

This created a knowledge and appreciation of the variations within each area of expertise and helped find which of those each person was best suited to.

As a director for a Plc chain in the past and then a partner in The Eric Cairns Partnership, Michael has experience of a locally owned and run practice and in the mechanics of a large corporate chain.

His knowledge in the market has largely been focused in Greater Belfast and North Down where RODGERS & BROWNE are now based. This specialty has mainly been in residential sales, rentals and new development projects.

Connor R.S. Browne


Connor started his estate agency career in 1993 also with The Eric Cairns Partnership with a period of training in all areas of the business Including Lettings, Sales, and New Developments with a progression to Rental Manager for Northern Ireland and then to Associate Director in Sales, New Developments, Land Acquisitions and Sales.

Connor has a wealth of experience working with some of Northern Ireland's largest property development companies from initial conception (which includes branding and marketing of schemes) working closely with the development team to the final stages on site.

A similar level of involvement would take place for bespoke 'one off' homes to large mixed type developments in city centre and semi rural locations.

His experience and knowledge of the Northern Ireland market in all sectors is invaluable to the RODGERS & BROWNE team.

Sarah Rogan

Sarah started her career in Estate Agency in 2001, and during this period has achieved considerable success and recognition including achieving her Diploma in Residential Estate Agency, awarded by the NAEA.

Sarah brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to her role at Rodgers & Browne with her most recent position being the Lettings Manager and Valuer for one of the busiest branches of NI's largest chain of estate agents.

She is delighted to be working with our existing and new clients alongside our thriving Sales team to achieve excellent results for all clients.
