Additional Information

THE OWNERS PERSPECTIVE...
We designed and built this house over 21 years ago, so we have seen it being transformed from ideas to drawings on paper to a physical structure and then finally into our very happy family home.
The design of the house has been optimised to take advantage of the elevated site with views across to the Castlereagh Hills and over Belfast.
The orientation of the house provides for a southerly facing rear garden and a large bright open plan living area which together are ideal for BBQ's, entertaining and large family celebrations.
Underfloor heating in the main living areas provides a very comfortable living environment at all times.
Our children were young when we moved in, and have thoroughly enjoyed the space and the location, being close to their schools, youth organisations, sports facilities, parks and their friends but also within easy reach of public transport to the city.
As a family since the moment we moved in we have fully enjoyed our time at '331' and have many great memories. We will be sorry to leave 'our house' but hope that the new owners will be as happy and enjoy living in the house as much as we did.
