As it is a gated community this adds a sense of security and peace of mind if your kids are out that there is no needless traffic besides from the residents who live there. Residents themselves are all also lovely and neighbourly, and will probably be the thing we will miss the most as it can be hard to find great neighbours.
Stormont with the excellent kids park and dog park within walking distance is also a major benefit to the location of the property. Ballyhackamore is also close by with a good selection of lovely restaurants"
