After the judges finished their deliberations, we are delighted to announce that RODGERS & BROWNE has been shortlisted as finalists in Residential Estate Agency of the Year category, sponsored by Progressive Building Society at the Belfast Telegraph Property of the Year Awards.

The judging panel this year is chaired by Professor Alastair Adair PVC (Development) & Provost Ulster University. Arlene Elliott, president of the NI Law Society, John Armstrong, CEO of the Construction Employers Federation, Nicola McCrudden of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Derek Wilson, chair of Council of Mortgage Lenders (Ulster Bank), Dr Jenny Muir, School of Planning, Architecture and Civil Engineering at QUB, David Little, National House Building Council and Daryl McIntosh, National Association of Estate Agents.

The 2015 Belfast Telegraph Property Awards gala lunch will take place next Friday, November 20, in the Culloden Hotel and will be hosted by Wendy Austin.

This year there is a new spread of categories, covering every aspect of the property sector.

The 10 categories are as follows.

 

  • Commercial Estate Agency of the Year sponsored by A&L Goodbody.

  • The finalists for the Property Deal of the Year sponsored by Wilson Nesbitt.

  • Commercial Architectural Practice of the Year category, sponsored by Mac-Interiors

  • Residential Estate Agency of the Year, sponsored by Progressive Building Society

  • Residential Lettings Agency of the Year, sponsored by Autoline Insurance.

  • Residential Development of the Year

  • Residential Architectural Practice of the Year is Des Ewing Residential Architects.

  • Best Interior Design of the Year

  • Young Agent (under 30) of the Year.
